Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Handmade & Natural Fabric Variations
All of our products are hand-stitched using natural fabrics. Because of the handcrafted process and the unique characteristics of natural materials, slight variations in stitching, texture, colour and design placement may occur.
These small differences are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects. No two pieces are exactly the same and this individuality reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into every product.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, however colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 –10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
