Order Processing Time

Standard Orders
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.

  • The £50 minimum spend applies to the order total after any discounts and before taxes.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying amount is reached.

  • This offer currently applies to UK orders only.

If your order total falls below £50, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 


 

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 


 

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
